Shia maintained his innocence and denied all the charges against him but decided to seek treatment after the legal case.

His lawyer, Shawn Holley, the actor is aware of his need for treatment, saying: “Shia needs help, and he knows it. We’re actively looking for the kind of meaningful, long-term inpatient treatment that we can get from you. he really needs it.”
